PT's Professional Window Cleaning Services LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services in the Westminster/Broomfield, CO area, including window cleaning, roof & gutter cleaning, house washing, deck & patio cleaning, and driveway & walkway cleaning for residential and commercial properties.

SMS Program Description: When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you may receive the following types of text messages:

• Appointment confirmations when you book a window cleaning service
• Appointment reminders sent 24 hours and 1 hour before your scheduled appointment
• Reschedule notifications if your appointment time needs to be adjusted
• Post-service follow-up messages and Google review requests after service completion
• Re-booking campaign messages with a direct booking link to schedule your next service
• Promotional discounts, seasonal offers, customer loyalty rewards, referral incentives, and re-engagement promotions (marketing opt-in only)
• Estimate details, pricing information, and service confirmations related to your service request

2. SMS Messaging Program

How to Cancel

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (720) 556-1588. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PT's Professional Window Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages caused by your mobile carrier or network.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your appointment schedule and consent selections — typically 2–6 messages per appointment cycle. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You will receive a final confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program.

3. Website Content

The Site contains text, images, photos, video, and other content (collectively, "Content") of PT's Window Cleaning or its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws. PT's Window Cleaning hereby grants to you a limited, revocable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. PT'S PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANING SERVICES LLC ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, OR THE ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY NOT UNDER PT'S WINDOW CLEANING'S CONTROL.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PT'S PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANING SERVICES LLC, ITS EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS. THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS.

12. Termination and Monitoring

PT's Window Cleaning reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Site if you violate these Terms or if suspension or termination is necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws or to protect the rights, safety, privacy, security or property of PT's Window Cleaning, its customers or third parties.

PT's Window Cleaning reserves the right to investigate any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site and may report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials or regulators.

13. Electronic Communications

When you visit the Site or send emails to PT's Window Cleaning, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that PT's Window Cleaning provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts located in Jefferson County, State of Colorado, and the Parties expressly consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof. PT's Window Cleaning will not be responsible for failures to fulfill any obligations due to causes beyond its control. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
